Consumer Choices Option
The Consumer Choices Option offers you more choice, control and flexibility over your services from the Medicaid Waiver as well as more responsibility. Ibby Russels is a support broker for the Consumer choices option and a mother of a young boy with Down syndrome. She will share her experience as a support broker and help us understand what the Consumer Choices Option is and how this can benefit you.

Directions to the Hallagan Eduation Center in the Mercy Medical Center:
From 380: Take the 7th St.E/Hospital exit (Exit 20 B) towards US Cellular Center. Go east on 7th St.NE.Turn left (North) onto 1st Ave/Hwy 151.Turn right onto 10th street.Turn right onto 8th Avenue and then another right onto 8th street (Park in the ramp on the corner of 8th Avenue and 8th Street) From the ramp, enter the hospital through the North entrance. Proceed to Level 1 and follow the signs to the Hallagan Education Center.
